The Heart Behind My Practice

Combining my training and experience as an occupational therapist and nurse (caring for the body), psychiatric nurse practitioner (nurturing the mind), and devoted follower of Christ (nourishing the spirit), I wholeheartedly believe in a whole-person approach to healing. I deeply understand the challenges that come with mental health struggles because I have witnessed how adversity often teaches us profound lessons and shapes wisdom born from the heart’s fire. I trust God’s purpose in using my gifts to guide and support those in need. While each person’s battle is unique, my passion lies in blending psychiatry, holistic health, and spiritual truth to help others transform their lives. Every bit of wisdom when it comes to the renewing of the mind originates from the greatest book ever written, the Bible, the living Word of God. My calling is to walk alongside you as you discover freedom, hope, and healing.

How Is My Approach Different?

I do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” treatment plan for my patients. Instead, I create individualized treatment plans grounded in fundamental health principles and personalized care.

Using a fragmented approach often results in poor outcomes and limits the ability to achieve optimal goals or full recovery. Because each system in the body is interconnected, it is essential to assess and treat the whole person.

I believe in laying a strong foundation built on basic, timeless truths. My approach embraces simplicity, focusing on what truly matters to support healing and growth. By returning to essential principles and clear guidance, I help patients build lasting wellness without unnecessary complexity.

I guide my patients to empower, elevate, and embrace their inner wisdom and intuitive nature.

By treating the mind, body, and spirit, we can better reach a place of harmony. This approach helps address and prevent symptoms through a comprehensive whole-body process of healing.

“And when Jesus heard it, he said to them, ‘Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.’” — Mark 2:17

Often, we recognize when we are physically ill; however, we sometimes fail to notice when we are spiritually ill. Jesus came to help those who lack spiritual awareness, offering healing and restoration to the whole person; body, mind, and spirit.
